Designed for deep-sea voyages and a prestigious presence in the world’s major ports, the Borkumriff IV took to the water in 2002. Its silhouette is inspired by traditional Newfoundland schooners. This gives the vessel a timeless character. Legendary American schooner designer John G. Alden was responsible for the exterior lines. Meanwhile, the naval architecture was developed by specialists from the renowned Dykstra Naval Architects.
