Paris, June 2025 – Can beauty go hand in hand with longevity? L’Oréal has just answered in the affirmative. At the first L’Oréal Longevity event, held June 10 at the prestigious Le Visionnaire, the brand unveiled an innovative concept that could set a new direction in skin care – and health itself.
L’Oréal Longevity – what exactly is it?
Under this slogan is a comprehensive scientific program, based on more than 15 years of research and more than 40 scientific publications, that redefines our approach to skin aging. Instead of focusing only on covering up the signs of time, L’Oréal Longevity aims to reach and control the biological causes of aging – all to extend the healthy life of skin cells.
Sound futuristic? And yet – it’s based on hard data: the brand has created its own research tool – “Wheel of Longevity for Beauty” – and an advanced Longevity AI Cloud™ platform that analyzes more than 260 biomarkers of skin longevity. Thanks to computational biology, it is possible to analyze aging processes at the cellular, molecular and tissue levels. And most importantly, it translates into specific, personalized recommendations for consumers.
What is the breakthrough? Cell BioPrint – skin scan in five minutes
One of the most interesting elements of the initiative is the Cell BioPrint, an innovative portable device developed in cooperation with NanoEnTek. It’s a kind of “lab on a chip” that allows you to analyze the condition of your skin in five minutes – without invasive tests.

How it works. All you have to do is stick a special tape to the skin of your cheek. Then place the sample in a buffer and perform an instant analysis. The device detects the biological age of the skin, its regenerative potential and its susceptibility to key active ingredients, such as retinol. In practice: before the problem appears on the skin – we can already prevent it.
This is a real revolution in home diagnostics and a nod to the consumer who wants to consciously manage the aging process, not just mask it.
Is it still cosmetics or already health science?
L’Oréal Longevity is not just about diagnostic devices. The brand has just registered a patent for a crystalline formula with a live probiotic to not only improve the skin microbiome, but to realistically reverse the signs of aging: improving elasticity, hydration and reducing wrinkles. Effects are expected to be visible after regular use.
Also on display at VivaTech 2025 in Paris was the Rénergie Nano-Resurfacer 400 Booster, a cutting-edge at-home skincare device that, thanks to nanochips, delivers active ingredients to the deep layers of the skin with precision worthy of a clinic.
L’Oréal Longevity – revolution or evolution?
Experts agree: this is a paradigm shift in the approach to beauty. In place of wrinkle creams and marketing promises comes personalized science, artificial intelligence, biotechnology and real knowledge about skin aging.
L’Oréal isn’t just launching new products. The brand is creating a new category of beauty & health longevity. Therefore, it perfectly fits into the global trend of caring for quality of life and health until old age. As the company’s management says – “skin is not just aesthetics, it is an organ that also has the right to a long life.”
Does this mean that very soon care Will it look like a visit to the doctor of the future? Not unlikely. And if so – L’Oréal Longevity becomes the first major step in that direction.
