Our Guests love spending time in the park and enjoy it on many levels. It’s a space where you can recharge in harmony with nature. The themed trails—nature, history, and the newly expanded energy trail—invite you to discover a connection with nature, energy, and fascinating history. The paths lead through avenues and relics of the past that remember bygone eras, romantic corners, and places of power where nature pulses with vibrant life. Each walking route reveals a different dimension of harmony: historical, energetic, and natural—all leading to well-being and overall wellness. says Dorota Tokarska, Marketing Director of Manor House SPA hotel.
Nature trail – in harmony with nature
The nature trail reveals to visitors the rich diversity of local flora and fauna. It leads, among other places, through a garden of aquatic and riparian plants, a rockery by the pond, a hornbeam alley reminiscent of the tradition of old palace gardens, and monumental lime trees recognized as natural monuments. Here you can admire blooming lilies, irises, marsh marigolds, water mints, sedges, marsh cinquefoils, sweet flags, cotoneasters, barberries, stonecrops, Caucasian candytufts, and junipers. You can listen to birdsong in the treetops and observe the birds. The local ecosystem is home to as many as 74 bird species, including rare ones such as the northern wheatear, corncrake, ortolan bunting, Eurasian blackcap, and common moorhen. Birds of prey also appear here: European honey buzzard, osprey, red kite, goshawk, and common buzzard.
Three species of owls nest in the old linden trees, and in summer you can hear cuckoos, swallows, woodpeckers, grasshopper warblers, blackbirds, nuthatches, jays. In winter, the feeders attract tits, tree sparrows, house sparrows, chaffinches, greenfinches, bullfinches, bramblings, siskins, and fieldfares. The viewing point overlooking the duck breeding island is especially noteworthy—a place where wild mallards raise their ducklings every year. A walk along this path is a lesson in mindfulness and wonder at nature, which soothes and inspires.

Energy Path – a Journey Within Yourself
This path embodies the essence of the biovital experience at Manor House SPA. It leads through power spots where nature radiates a subtle yet perceptible energy. The Stone Circle, the Energy Spiral, the Pyramid of Horus, the Zen Garden (a replica of the garden at the Ryoan-ji Temple in Kyoto), and the labyrinth (a replica of the famous labyrinth from the Chartres Cathedral) — these points foster harmony of body, mind, and spirit, helping you find peace and inner balance. Spending time in these places helps you regain vital energy and deeply relax.
Also worth mentioning are the Vital Village SPA with health rituals, the Terrace Garden, the Little Meditation Path, and the Affirmation Path in the corridor connecting the palace with the SPA&Wellness area. A walk along this route is a kind of modern ritual—a blend of moving meditation and mindful connection with nature. Here, you can feel the pulse of the Earth and the beneficial energy of the trees. You can soak in the sounds of nature and its subtle vibrations, which for centuries have attracted those sensitive to its call. It’s the perfect complement to energy therapies, SPA treatments, and relaxing sessions at the Biovital SPA of Manor House hotel.
Historical Trail – A Walk Through the Centuries
Following the historical path, you can almost hear echoes of the noble past and sense the presence of former owners. The Odrowąż Palace rises on a hill among ancient trees, and its surroundings conceal many secrets of the past. The first records of the Odrowąż family estate date back to the 12th century, making it one of the oldest noble residences in Poland.
Plus, there’s the historic stable built by Plater and the palace chapels, including one dedicated to the estate’s patron, St. Hyacinth Odrowąż—the only Pole whose statue stands on the colonnade around St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican. Every stop along this route is like a page from a chronicle: the palace staircase, the powder magazine, Dobiesław’s well, the old icehouse—now home to the Exhibition of Slavic Gods and Deities Sculptures—the dungeons where you can hear the legend of Kostek, the guardhouse featuring the Exhibition of Historical Equipment, the formal garden, and the reconstructed tower, now serving as a scenic viewpoint. Walking this path is a journey through the history of architecture, tradition, and the people who shaped this place.

A park filled with positive energy
A walk through the expansive Manor House SPA park is the perfect complement to tree therapy and forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, which offer a range of benefits for the body. These practices are based on deep immersion in nature, consciously experiencing its energy, scents, sounds, and rhythm of life. Tree therapy, or consciously connecting with the energy of trees, is rooted in the belief that each tree has its own vibrations that can support people. Hugging a trunk, resting your hands on the bark, or simply sitting quietly in its shade allows for an exchange of energy and deep relaxation. Oaks provide strength and a sense of security, birches cleanse and brighten the mind, while lindens soothe tension and promote calm. During forest bathing, the body relaxes and the nervous system enters a state of harmony.
Spending time in nature lowers cortisol levels—the stress hormone—regulates blood pressure, and supports the immune system. Inhaling phytoncides, the natural essential oils released by trees, has antibacterial effects and boosts vitality. Regular walks among trees improve concentration, relieve emotional tension, and help restore mental balance.
Three thematic trails – historical, energetic, and natural – invite you to rediscover the Manor House SPA park. This is a space where a walk becomes a meditation, and history and nature together remind us that true beauty lies in harmony.
