Swedish hypercar manufacturer Koenigsegg has just started production of the Gemera—a model that not only delivers a staggering 2,300 hp, but also redefines the concept of a luxury sports car. It is the brand’s first four-seater in history, combining extreme performance with everyday functionality.
Four seats, 2,300 horsepower, and adrenaline at your fingertips
Gemera is a Mega-GT with the soul of a track monster. The hybrid drive combines a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors, generating a total of 2,300 HP and 2,750 Nm of torque.

Two electric motors on the rear axle deliver 500 HP each, while the front unit provides as much as 800 HP. As a result, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes less than 2 seconds. Meanwhile, the top speed exceeds 320 km/h.
Technology that makes a difference
At the heart of the Gemera is the 9-speed Light Speed Tourbillon transmission, a unique creation by Koenigsegg engineers that enables lightning-fast gear changes. The car features all-wheel drive with active torque control and a torque vectoring system. This solution ensures precise handling even at extreme speeds.
There is no shortage of innovation in the field of hybrid drive – the 850 V battery allows for around 50 km of electric-only driving. That’s why the Gemera is a surprisingly practical GT car.
Luxury and functionality in the world of hypercars
Gemera is not just about power, but also comfort. The four-seat cabin with spacious seats, three screens, an infotainment system, and three-zone climate control allows you to travel in luxury even on long journeys. The distinctive Dihedral Synchro-Helix doors add a spectacular effect that impresses both in the garage and on the track.
Limited production and collector’s status
Koenigsegg plans to produce only 300 units of the Gemera, and all of them already have owners. This is a car that not only breaks performance records but also becomes an investment and an icon of the future of automotive engineering.
Gemera – the hypercar that gives you more
The name Gemera in Swedish means “to give more” and perfectly reflects the philosophy of this car: extreme performance, luxury, technology, and practicality in one. It is the first 4-seater car in Koenigsegg’s history, demonstrating that even in the world of hypercars, power can be combined with everyday usability.
Gemera is not just a car. It represents a new era of automotive engineering, where hybrid technology and luxury go hand in hand with extreme excitement.
