Light Centers, known for offering a wide range of health and wellness services, has announced ambitious expansion plans across London. With an investment of £1.6 million, the company intends to open ten new centers over the next five years. Light Centre development plans – a natural direction for growth

Light Center was founded in 2004 by osteopath and naturopath Mark Thompson. From the very beginning, the company focused on providing quality medical and complementary services. It has supported both clients and practitioners. Today, Light Centre has four locations in London: Belgravia, Marylebone, Clapham and Monument.

Services offered by the Light Centre

The Light Center is a place where customers can enjoy a wide range of health and wellness services, such as:

  • Yoga and Pilates: Regular classes taught by qualified instructors.
  • Reformer Pilates: Specialized exercises on reformers to help improve strength and flexibility.
  • Physiotherapy and acupuncture: Medical services provided by licensed therapists.
  • Hydrocolonotherapy: Intestinal cleansing procedures.
  • Therapeutic room rentals: A space for practitioners to conduct their own therapy sessions.

The Light Center’s development plans include the creation of new locations but also the expansion of its offerings to include modern treatments.

Objectives and vision

Founder Mark Thompson stresses that Light Centre’s main goal is to support practitioners in building their careers. With the investment, Light Centre will not only be able to open new locations, but also offer even more space and resources for therapists.

“We understood what it takes to create a thriving practice,” Thompson says. “That’s why we’re committed to providing practices with the tools and resources to help them succeed.”

Support from Middleton Enterprises

Middleton Enterprises, the British investment firm that invested £1.6 million in the Light Center, sees the company as a leader in the wellbeing sector. James Middleton, investment manager at Middleton Enterprises, emphasizes that the centers have an excellent history of attracting and supporting practitioners. The Light Center’s development plans thus have solid investment support.

“The Light Center model is proven and provides a solid foundation for creating new practices at a time when more and more people are investing in the self-care, alternative therapies and private medicine,” Middleton says.

The future of the Light Centre

The new Light Centers will not only be a place to offer health and wellness services, but also a space to build a community of practice.

With Mark Thompson’s strong vision and operational support from CEO Olga Allon, the Light Center has every aptitude to become even more successful.
