With the growing number of allergies and food intolerances, we also prepare dishes tailored to individual needs, always focusing on quality, taste, and freedom of choice. In practice, this means avoiding the simultaneous consumption of proteins and carbohydrates, limiting the variety of foods in a single meal, and paying attention to the order in which foods are eaten – starting with water-rich ingredients that are digested the fastest, followed by those that require a longer digestive process. This approach supports the proper functioning of the digestive system, helps prevent overeating, and restores metabolic balance.
In the Diet of Life, mindfulness is of particular importance—careful chewing of food, eating at a calm pace, and proper hydration, ideally by drinking water before or long after a meal.
