The installments are interest-free, they are simply a repayment of the remaining amount we agreed to pay for the apartment. The profit I mentioned is a passive profit, minus the commission of the management company, which takes 30% of the rental income for itself. Depending on the industry, it is enough to open a company here, while in activities such as real estate or transportation, we will need a local partner to operate legally.The moving process itself is not a problem. Once we have a real estate contract, we can open a bank account in a Cypriot bank. And enjoy all the privileges this gives us.
