The company in question is therefore the entity deciding on both purposes and methods of personal data processing. This Privacy Policy applies when the Administrator processes personal data obtained directly from the data subject, as well as when the Administrator has obtained personal data from other sources.

Data storage period

Your data will be stored by the Administrator for the following period:

• if the Administrator processes personal data basing on a consent granted, until the user withdraws said consent;

• if the Administrator processes personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data administrator, until the aforementioned period ceases (for example: limitation periods for claims specified in the Civil Code and other relevant legal provisions) or until you object to further data processing – in situations where such an objection is permitted by the applicable law;

• if the Administrator processes personal data because it is necessary due to applicable legal provisions, data processing periods are determined by said provisions;

• in the absence of specific legal or contractual requirements, the basic data storage period in the case of records and other evidence gathered during the performance of the agreement is maximally 10 years.

Data recipients (third parties and third countries)
