It is seen as a prestigious workplace for companies looking for unique locations. The two skyscrapers will be connected by a common podium. This will enhance their functionality and aesthetics. It will create a cohesive space for tenants and visitors.
Construction of Skyliner II
Construction of Skyliner II began in February 2024 and will last until the end of 2026. The project is being built in the strict confines of Warsaw’s city center. It requires precise planning and the use of modern construction techniques. The building’s foundation, made using the sub-floor method, reaches a depth of almost 39 meters, and the foundation slab itself, up to 4.9 meters thick, required the use of a special concrete mix. Warbud is the general contractor. The unique construction challenges posed by the high-density environment necessitated the use of tower cranes with tilt booms, allowing for safe maneuvering of construction materials.
Prestigious location and space for business
The Wola district, where theI building is being constructed, has become the business center of Warsaw in recent years. The prestige of the location itself is tempting for tenants. Its proximity to Daszyńskiego Roundabout and access to the city’s main arteries make it an ideal location for corporate headquarters. Skyliner II, offers a unique space for companies that want to build their image in a luxurious environment and surrounded by modern office buildings. With the needs of employees in mind, Skyliner II also provides for retail and service space.
Symbol of modernity and ecology
The design is not only in keeping with modern architectural style, but also incorporates environmentally friendly solutions such as low-emission concrete mix and advanced energy-saving systems. The new tower is expected to offer the highest standard of office space to meet the needs of both large corporations and growing companies.
