The “World’s Wealthiest Cities Report 2025,” published in April 2025 by Henley & Partners in cooperation with analytics firm New World Wealth, presents a ranking of the world’s 10 wealthiest cities in terms of the number of residents with significant wealth. Warsaw’s place and fastest growing cities in the report of the world’s 10 richest cities
Although Warsaw not yet among the world’s 10 richest cities according to the reportWorld’s Wealthiest Cities Report 2025, it definitely did not go unnoticed. On the contrary. With an impressive increase in the number of millionaires by as much as 83% over the past decade, the Polish capital has emerged as Europe’s fastest growing metropolitan area.
In the list of cities with the largest increase in wealth, Warsaw ranked 13th, ahead of markets such as Berlin, Amsterdam and Madrid. Cities such as Dubai also shone in the same list. This one is growing into a global investment center. Meanwhile, Shenzhen – Asia’s new technology tiger – and Hangzhou are attracting wealth thanks to e-commerce giant Alibaba. All indications are that if the current pace continues, Warsaw has a real chance to compete for a place among the top richest cities in the world in future editions of the report.
