Hollywood turned into a runway. Los Angeles welcomed the fashion spectacle of the year: Vogue World: Hollywood, Spring/Summer 2026. This year’s edition, the fourth in Vogue’s global series, transformed the iconic Paramount Studios into a vibrant film set where fashion met cinema. The audience watched as legendary costumes mingled with the latest trends. Each look became a small work of art, confidently balancing between the stage and the silver screen.
Vogue World: Hollywood, Spring/Summer 2026. Stars and legends together in one act
The show opened with Nicole Kidman in a black, strapless Chanel gown. The actress set the tone for an evening filled with cinematic magic.

Stylist Alex Harrington transformed the historic backlot into a set that paid tribute to five decades of Hollywood style. Seven acts, each led by legendary costume designers, showcased how film history influences contemporary fashion.
From glamour to Afro-futurism
The first act, Hollywood Glamour, transported the audience into the world of sequins and the dazzling style of the 1920s and 1930s, thanks to Catherine Martin. This was achieved by combining dresses from Prada, Gucci, and Armani. The following acts — from Colleen Atwood’s rebellious looks in Renegades, through Milena Canonero’s regal costumes in Historical Heroines, to the vibrant Afro-Futurism of Ruth E. Carter — proved that fashion and film have always been intertwined. That’s why the show was at times both grand and exotic.
Music and film stars on the runway
Among those who appeared on stage were Hunter Schafer, Danai Gurira, Teyana Taylor, and Angela Bassett, while the finale brought together Awar Odhiang in Maison Margiela, Matthew Noszka in the costume from The Revenant, and Doja Cat embodying Tina Turner. The audience was treated to reinterpretations of cinema icons: Marilyn Monroe’s white dress, tweed looks from Clueless, and Charlie Chaplin’s iconic bowler hat.
Vogue World as a manifesto of storytelling
Although the evening raised $4.5 million for the Entertainment Community Fund, the true triumph was the magic of the moment: the fusion of movement, light, and fabrics that allowed guests to experience the history of cinema and fashion all at once.

Vogue World in Hollywood proved that storytelling remains the most powerful medium in fashion. Meanwhile, the runway can become a stage where history and modernity meet in a spectacular choreography of style.
